User Agreement - EworldTours

1. Introduction & Scope

This User Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and EworldTours. It governs your use of our platform to book flights, hotels, cruises, and escorted tours.

AI & Technology Disclaimer: Our platform uses Google Gemini AI to provide travel recommendations. While highly advanced, these suggestions are automated. ClickHouse analytics are used to forecast pricing trends, but actual fares are only guaranteed upon ticketing.

2. Flight Bookings (Air)

EworldTours connects directly with over 60 airlines via NDC and GDS systems.

Name Accuracy: Passenger names must match their passport exactly. Changes after booking are subject to strict airline policies and fees.
Non-Refundable: Unless specified, promotional fares are often non-refundable and non-changeable.
Schedule Changes: Airlines reserve the right to change schedules. We will notify you, but we are not liable for airline operational delays.

3. Escorted Tours & Activities

For our curated tour packages:

Punctuality: Tours operate on a strict schedule. Failure to arrive at the pickup point on time will result in a missed tour without refund.
Itinerary Modifications: EworldTours reserves the right to alter itineraries due to force majeure (weather, traffic, strikes) to ensure safety.
Luggage: Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. We are not liable for loss or damage left on vehicles.

4. Cruises & Hotels

Bookings for Cruises (17 partner lines) and Hotels (200k+ properties) are subject to the specific terms of the third-party supplier.

Cruises: Pregnancy restrictions and visa requirements are the passenger's responsibility.
Hotels: Incidental deposits may be required upon check-in. Room requests (e.g., high floor) are not guaranteed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed based on the supplier's penalty schedule plus a EworldTours processing fee.
